Survey on SAR to support Agricultural Monitoring

As an important lead-up component to the Workshop, a survey on SAR to Support Agricultural Monitoring will be conducted. This survey is intended to capture your views on the use of SAR for agricultural applications. Information derived from the survey will significantly contribute to a better understanding of user requirements – this will help to inform the international SAR data providers about user needs for agricultural monitoring.

The findings from the survey will be presented at the Workshop and will form the starting point for discussion during the breakout sessions.

Whether or not you attend the workshop, this survey provides an important opportunity for you to express your views on the priority strategies to facilitate greater use of SAR by the agricultural community.

All persons involved in agricultural monitoring – whether in research, science, operations, or as decision makers – are encouraged and welcomed to complete the survey. Note that completion of the survey is mandatory for Workshop participants.

A report from the Workshop will include a summary of the survey results and be made available on this website.
